I worked mainly with Mark W. at Priority Restoration and he was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful during the whole process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the damage and was willing to work with our insurance company if needed. When Mark was out of the office and I needed some information for my insurance company, Billy stepped up and I had what I needed in my e-mail minutes after I got off the phone with him. Note it was almost 5:00PM and I didn't expect it until the next day. Billy's quick response was beyond my expectations! As for the crew that worked on my roof; they were very courteous and respectful of my property and completed the entire job in one day! They were amazing! They worked very hard and when they started in the morning it was below freezing outside! I wish I knew someplace that delivered hot coffee; I would have ordered them some. I highly recommend Priority Restoration. Mark was the absolute best. He took the time to walk us through all of the steps of replacing our roof. He was prompt and on time and gave us good advice so that we were able to make good decisions that we were comfortable with. The team of roofers exceeded our expectations. They were on time and worked hard to finish the job in one day! Mark and his crew cleaned up so well, you would never know they had been here, except for the beautiful roof. The experience with a contractor gets no better than this!! Truly. When hiring someone, you hope that they are timely, honor their commitments, are friendly, offer a great product, back it up with warranties, and that they start and finish their work on time. Priority Restoration exceeded every expectation. After price shopping and doing my due diligence by comparing at least 5 roofers, Priority was the most competitive by far. I received calls to confirm appointments, calls to arrange installation, and they completed it on schedule. Everything was done exactly the way they said it would be. Special shout out to Mark who came straight from personal appointments, just to get me a bid on short notice. The warranties were more competitive than others offered.
