I had a roof leak limited to the porch area, which was surprising because my home was built in 2009. Nick was excellent. He climbed up there and noted that the porch area was built with staples instead of nails. He was able to replace the porch area only, which was a large savings. He was concerned that the materials might not match, due to age and new products, however, I can not see any difference in color. Donald Lappin is the most professional, amazing business person I have ever dealt with. When I contacted him about my serious roof issue, he was on a map looking at my roof from a computer program he utilizes, high tech assistance. As we spoke he updated me on what my roof had and what was missing. From there I met Karina, who assured and assisted me with all the necessary paperwork and more to receive immediate service. She was outstanding as was Jordan, Supervisor who was on the scene within what seemed like minutes. Eugene and the staff were unbelievable as I went out to see the dilemma area, I found it completely restored and all the project was completed. I was in shock to see it all done! J Aidan did a excellent project of coordinating the various fix and replacement contractors and we are pleased.
