I was without heat for a night and blindly called a competitor in the morning. They determined it was a bad switch, and quoted me over $720 dollars total including a $90 diagnostic. I looked up the part and it ranged between $50-$70 dollars worst case. I couldn’t make sense of the pricing and needed a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID! A friend immediately recommended ALLIED HEATING & AIR. They told me over the phone, if the switch was the problem, it would be $120 total....INCLUDING diagnostic. The switch WAS indeed the problem, and he told me since the part was still under its 5 year warranty, they just take the bad part to the dealer and get a new one....it would be no cost to me! The other company was going to charge me over $500 for a FREE PART! I HIGHLY recommend ALLIED!!!! Their professionalism and honesty saved me ALOT of money and regret! AC wasn’t working the best as it’s an older system. Tech came out and found a small leak which he repaired and charged the system back to where it should be! Works like a dream! Would recommend to anyone! Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair
