Ron installed our ac unit and humidifier early summer last year. He was honest and like others said, never felt he was upselling or steering us in any direction. His pricing was lower than any big name companies you see in those magazines. My favorite thing, is anytime I’ve had a question, I text Ron and he replies promptly with a call back. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program even though my furnace is only 3 months old. Ron was at the appointment and pointed out that there was already some drywall dust inside. He proceeded to inspect and clean it out as he would any other maintenance call. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and his honesty.
