I have used Furnace World for multiple HVAC repairs and maintenance. They are always highly responsive and fair in pricing. Today George Harris, manager of repairs, personally handled the diagnostic evaluation of my repair needs and Rick Behnke provided me with a detailed quote on my repair options and patiently explained each one.
