Impact Roofing

Impact Roofing is a great company, very easy to work with. Their employees are friendly, competent, and meticulous on the job. They were great communicators and responded quickly to any questions we had (even late at night). Next time we get softball- sized hail, Impact Roofing will be our first call!

Look at all their reviews- most only have 1 review which is really weird, like they're creating fake profiles and leaving a 5 star review, and from what we've experienced that would be right up their path. After several attemps to give Impact Roofing a chance to make things right and being ignored i feel this is warranted. We had a hail storm the beginnig of August and decided to go with Impact, unfortunately. Our roof was not tarped and many contacts to Andrew and Steve about when they would start work but they always had an excuse, but they were more than willing to take 1/2 our payment. Over 4 months later, the end of November and our roof was started but because we had to wait so long with no tarp my upstairs office developed a huge water bubble, which was never fixed. The build up they recommended you will see in the photos was a horrible job. We contacted Jeff last year to replace our roof after a hailstorm. Jeff came to the home and we explained what were were looking for to include upgrades to the skylights, gutters, and fascia. After another company also bid on the same job we ended up going with the other company because they were less expensive. This ended up being a massive mistake. The job is still not completed after 7 months and continued runarounds about what work we asked for and contracted. So, not knowing exactly if our roofing job was quality or not we reached out to Jeff to independently review and advise us on what we had for a roof. Jeff immediately made time in his schedule for a job he did not get and got to our house. There were a few areas of concern that he pointed out as well as overall quality of workmanship. He taught us about some warranty items as far as number of nails and flashing that could affect our warranty. Overall we wish we could go back in time and give the job to Impact Roo
