M3 company has no professionalism or empathy towards customers. I bought a new unit from them, paid it off in FULL. My unit is still under warranty, I called for maintenance check due to AC keep dripping water after 4yr of installation…it’s day#3 and no one has show up. I Keep getting put on schedule and technicians not showing up. I DO NOT recommend this Company. Poor services
