After hurricane Ida, we needed a full roof replacement. Our insurance company was shuffling us around. Not only are Aime and Ryan responsive, kind, and professional roofers- they advocated for us to our insurance. Sitting on the phone during one of our meetings to make sure we went through the proper channels and did the correction documentation. I cannot recommend them more! Petrali put in a new roof for us and we were beyond happy with their service. We will absolutely use them again in the future should we need help with our roof again. They installed a Cat4, so hopefully it will be a while before we need them. :) Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Received great service at my first call. Was told would get a call in 24-48 hours and I didn’t get a call till today Wednesday the 28th and I made my call on Friday the 23rd. I then finally get my call and they can’t get to me till the week of the 10th and I have a leak in my roof, so because I am not a high dollar hail estimate my leak doesn’t matter. You would think the leak would take priority but NO it does not. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time.
