My water heater vent was repaired quickly and has not leaked during these past extremely heavy downpours. They also went out of their way and repaired a different problem I've had for years. I asked who they suggested to repair the window/overhang leak since I have had numerous companies out to fix this problem. The answer was "We're here now, let us look at it." Not entirely sure what happened to our estimate but 2 weeks later and have not heard a word back from this contractor, girlfriend was present at the time of the estimate and the guy doing the estimate suggested we get an entire new roof due to light hail damage, what am I supposed to get a new roof every time it hails? Needless to say the guy seemed pretty disappointed when my girlfriend declined an entire roof and told him we only wanted our hole patched up (tree branch went through a small section of the roof). So I guess don’t call this company unless you got some big jobs for them, although they advertise repairs It made it seem like it was a waste of time to get someone out here after no interaction after the salesman came out here!
