Our firm was contacted to start a technology service with some customization. Invoiced, and started set-up. A month later there was no way to contact the owner. In twenty years of providing services to the industry, never had a company flake out after the owner said start. We still proceed on a verbal commitments Vs waiting for payments. If you ever wondered why firm must wait for payments its a few bad actors. My guess is there must be a lot of white hat reviews in their list , since a phone call or e-mail back was all we required if they changed their mind.

Worked with Steve S. He is an excellent Project Manager! The admin service/follow-up processes are not perfect but they are aware of those issues and working to improve. The roofing crew was also very good. We are happy with our new roofs and skylights.
