Rob has helped with several issues in our home and each time he has gone above and beyond to ensure we receive the highest level of customer service. He has helped us with a difficult fan repair, helped with other fixes around the home and recently diagnosed an electrical problem that could have turned serious had he not been so thorough and discovered the issue for us. He was able to come out the same day to address this problem and we are so grateful that he did because it posed a serious safety issue that we weren’t even aware existed.
