We have had a great experience from start to finish with ultimate heating and cooling. Kyle came out and looked at our unexpected situation and gave us a great quote and multiple financing options and we chose the one that was best for us. Sam and Jorge were our installers for our HVAC system and they were amazing. They worked very efficiently and clean. Also took the time to explain how everything works and help us set up the new thermostat. Ultimate gave us a new furnace and hot water heater right when we moved in and when we asked about AC they were able to come back out the very next day to install. Ultimate was amazing- I called art 4pm Monday and they got me an appointment at 8am the next day! it's has been in the 90's and my AC was not working. Ross, the technician, was amazing! fixed my issues quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough.
