Cory was incredibly helpful and quick! Our fix was really small (a couple of leaky light points due to a roof vent and tear in a duct tape sun tunnel top) but due to timing/tools constraints, I wasn't able to get it done before our next storm. Cory not only identified the issues and how we can prevent them going forward, but very kindly offered to do it for a great deal on the spot, and prevent leaks during next storm. Cory was at my home today to give an estimate on my roof. He was very up front and honest from the beginning that my roof was in excellent shape even though it was not in his interest to do so. I appreciated his integrity. He also referred a different company for some gutter work I wanted done and explained how I could replace my own skylights to save additional money. Thank you!
