Ace Handyman Service is potentially helpful if you have an urgent situation. Unfortunately, in my case, I had an emergency situation--essentially a 1.5 hour window--to have my issue addressed. Th Dispatch assured me that they could have a person to my house within 20-25 minutes, but in actuality the person showed up about 55 minutes later. When he arrived, he seemed annoyed. Part of the service included going to a hardware store and picking up a hose. When I was billed for the service, they doubled the price of the hose that they purchased from a nearby Ace Hardware, and I was charged for the 30 minutes he was en route and late. After I disputed the charge, they did reduce the fee to the one hour of work performed. In, all I paid $240 for one hour's worth of work.

From the initial phone call for the appointment, the dispatcher new the entire process and provided every step to the fullest. She knew what Ace Handyman could provide, of which we had an outstanding experience. Yes, we will use them again and again. My roof has had a small leak in this summer's rain. Have waited weeks for a handyman to find time to fix it. Should have called Ace Hardware Handyman Service earlier. Called this morning at 10am... Ahmad was here by 2pm...leak is fixed...I am relieved and glad. Do Call Ace! You will not be disappointed... Oh, and the charges were only slightly higher than a private handyman. CALL ACE!
