Had a leaking water heater. Called and had a technician, Chuck, available to come out within a couple hours of my initial call. He inspected the issue and discussed the diagnosis. Answered all my questions and was extremely professional from start to finish. Did a great job with installing a new water heater. Excellent service!
The service and response from Brothers is simply amazing. On both recent service calls I was scheduled within 24 hrs. Their technicians are experts and super friendly. After the first service, I did not hesitate to join as a club member. Service: HVAC system repair
Caleb was an outstanding electrician and did an excellent job and in a workmanlike manner. He is knowledgable and very personable. Clearly Caleb gets a "5 Star" rating. "Value" is another issue, but Caleb doesn't set the prices - Brother's does and they are not competitive with other electrical contractors. I think loyal customers should receive a discount for their loyalty - especially in this very competitive market and given the many choices of electrical contractors.
