So Eric typically does a lot of big jobs and is very knowledgable when working with insurance companies for roof replacement. I had a small unorthodox job with very specific needs. I couldn't find one roofer to take on this little project. Even though Eric does mostly larger jobs he was happy to help me with my custom porch covering project. Through his contacts he was actually able to source me a smaller sized piece of EPDM so i didn't have to purchase a whole roll and had a skilled laborer do all my sheet metal and edge work that weekend. He ran down and actually picked up all the materials that day and dropped them off to be installed. Trust me, Ive worked with a lot of contractors in Denver and what you ask for is not always what you get! Eric did the job perfect and it was exactly what I wanted for a price that was probably not advantageous to him. I waited over a year to write this review and the roof is holding up perfect! Eric works great with insurance companies and the city inspectors. He had a crew out in just a couple days after we selected our roof shingles and the work is phenomenal. Also touched up a couple other things that weren’t covered by insurance just to make it look nice. Fully recommend. (We received his name from a home builder who also highly recommends his company)

Eric Person was straightforward and honest. Helped with our roof after a hail storm and walked through the process to make it easy for us. Crew came out and did fantastic job. Extremely happy with results.
