Steve came out to assess what I thought was a roof leak at my home. He was professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained his assessment to me. He told me outright that he didn't think there was an issue with the roof itself, highlighted a few areas that needed weatherproofing, and even provided me with a tube of sealant to make those repairs myself. A big shout out to David Marsh from Core Roofing. He was very candid and professional with me with about my roof inspection. He also did a quick patch work for some of the trivial items, which other companies would have tried to make a big deal about. We were referred to Briana at Core Contractors bc we had wind damage to our roof. She came the next possible day to inspect it and then contacted us as soon as weather permitted for a fix.
