Monte and the Integrity crew added insulation and installed a TPO membrane roof on our 108 year-old duplex in late November to keep her warm and safe for many years to come. We are extremely satisfied with the professional, responsive, and comprehensive service we received. With a party wall agreement in place, Integrity deftly navigated two separate property owners to make the job run smoothly, and we can't fault the constant communication and INTEGRITY that we experienced with Monte. While the job took slightly longer than initially expected, the crews were consistently onsite from sunrise to sunset, even on a holiday, to get it done as quickly as possible. Trent Broach from Integrity Pro Roofing came out to inspect a portion of our roof near our swamp cooler and bathroom vent, as water was dripping from the ceiling inside. He was on time, and let me know in advance when he would arrive. He inspected the roof, and showed me the areas that need to be fixed, and outlined a couple of possibilities that may need to be looked into further. He also helped me jerry-rig a temporary fix to extend my swamp cooler output hose so that its runoff would not pass over the areas of the roof that needed fixing. That was above and beyond expectations, and really nice of him. He seems like a straight-forward and stand-up guy. I cannot yet comment on pricing or quality of work of the roofing team, but I will write another review at that time. Service: Roof inspection
