I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond. I like the fact that they are super neat and leave my house clean and dry. Other plumbers aren't so diligent. If you want it done right the first time, don't mess around. Call Bill.

Dan and Key Plumbing Solutions are super knowledgeable, responsive and go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I had a toilet that was running and Dan came out to diagnose it. The root cause was the flush mechanism inside the toilet, which was a known industry problem based on the brand of toilet I'd purchased. It needed to be replaced. However, the replacement was not easy to find and Dan called every plumbing supply store in Denver looking for the part - to no avail. That didn't stop him though - he continued the search online where he was able to find the part and had it shipped immediately. Once it arrived, he was at my house the next day to install the mechanism and solve the running toilet once and for all. Thank you Dan for going above and beyond!! I recently had a leak in my basement that required urgent attention in order to get my water back on in the house. Bill was able to send Dan over very quickly and found and fixed the leak.
