Maddox Construction was the perfect choice for the roof of our large home. From the very beginning Carmel, the owner, was transparent about costs and any extra work that arose during the course of the project. As anyone knows, the minute you begin tearing off roofs or tearing out walls, there are issues lying beneath that no one can foresee until the underneath is exposed. We know for a fact that Maddox provided us with competitive pricing and was extremely fair about change orders. As homeowners, we are hands-on, and Carmel and her crew chief were there at every step of the way to answer our questions and direct the crew. She was exceedingly easy to reach, to schedule with, and the project was finished on time. The crew was professional and meticulous with clean-up, details that are refreshing and greatly appreciated with any construction tradespeople. I’ve been working closely with Carmel since 2009 when she first started in Construction. It’s so hard to find a solid contractor and after finding Maddox Construction, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
