Pasterkamp provided a competitive quote and did an excellent installation. Ken and Doug arrived on time and put down protection in the main floor hallway and basement stairs for the removal of our existing furnace and installation of our new furnace. This miserable outfit is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They sold us and installed a Mitsubishi multi-splt HVAC for our Master area. Their installation was faulty and during their second attempt at service they injected a refrigerant sealant which not only was unsuccessful in making the unit operable but rendered the unit completely unserviceable and voided the manufacturer’s warranty. Pasterkamp’s response to our dilemma was as inattentive, incompetent and irresponsible as their installation and service has always been. They have a complete disconnect from competent installation and a very casual and careless concern with whether their services have left their customer with even a functioning product. They simply don’t care or don’t have the capability to perform professionally. After waiting for two weeks with no follow-up I followed Mitsubishi’s recommendation and contacted another dealer who confirmed the mess Pasterkamp left us with.
