Be careful if you decide to use this place. They apparently charge an hourly rate to diagnose an issue without telling you that upfront. Called Rogers and Sons as a recommendation from another company to look as to why my A/C was not working properly. They told me on the phone there would be a $99 service fee but said nothing else around pricing or an hourly rate. The tech was nice and seemed to look out for my best interest when diagnosing the issue but told me a little bit after he showed up that there would be a $130 per hour charge. The person on the phone never mentioned this at all and there is no mention of this on their website. It seems like a very shady business tactic. Wait until the tech is already at the place of residence to inform the customer they are currently being charged an hourly rate. To top it all off, the tech said they also normally start the hourly rate from the time they start to drive from wherever they are to your place of residence. That is completely ridi
