We had a leak in our basement on Dec 23 and water damage and we contacted many other plumbers and no one wanted to come out on a holiday weekend. Luckily the plumber who did show up, Dan, turned out to be fantastic. He detected the dilemma and was able to endorse a solution, and also noticed a few other things that needed fixing. He also recommended a company for dealing with the water damage and stayed with us until they arrived, also making recommendations about how to handle the insurance claim. Once we scheduled the work, he was always on time, always put on shoe covers, and was and professional. I feel he went above and beyond to take care of us, as new homeowners who felt a little out of their depth. I will be calling Dan again for any plumbing needs! Zack performed a cooler shutdown and winterizing service. He was knowledgeable & thorough in explaining all the task he did for us. He was able to do the furnace startup as well. We were delighted with his work and professionalism. Thank you! Service: Toilet installation
Our fix person today was Christopher. Our experience with him was great. Christopher explained to us that he was going to be doing. Christopher was courteous and informative. He made sure to run our water for awhile just to make sure that it wouldn't back up again. This is the first time we have used this work but going forward will use them down the line because of amazing employees like Christopher and knowing they are about the customer and not charging people an arm and leg.
