Superior Heating and Air

Extremely rude drivers. I'm sure you can look up the gps on their vans. On Colorado and Florida today at around 415, a black haired man in one of your work Van's almost caused an accident while on his phone. He then laid on the horn until the older woman who clearly had the right of way panicked and moved. Very unprofessional. Your Van's are mobile advertisements and that guy just let everyone on that extremely busy road at rush hour let everyone know that you guys hire workers that clearly dont care. I wouldn't let these guys do any work for me.

Working with Superior Heating and Air over the last 9 years has been a pleasure. Gretchen has always been responsive and accommodating to our group of customers. Their HVAC technicians are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend Superior to all our customers.

I've had a frustrating experience with this company. They've had to order parts because our unit is old, or there are supply chain issues, neither of which is their fault, however their communication has been terrible. I have to call to get updates and leave messages and don't get a call back. Apparently they didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time so now we're waiting on another part which may take up to 5 more days to arrive. The tech was also less than friendly when I asked questions about progress or tried to understand the work they were doing. I realize there's things they can't control, but customer service they can and with that I am not impressed. Service: A/C system repair
