I had hail damage and I knew of Synergy Property Solutions so I called them. ...and I'm glad i did. They fought and fought with my insurance company, who did not want to pay for adequate repairs. Linzy (the owner) went to bat for me and drawing on her well established relationships with the insurance companies convinced mine that the municipal codes required the repair. At the end of the process my roof was replaced and I was only out pocket for my deductible. I discovered damage to the eaves of my roof while doing other home repair. It looked like animal damage which of course my insurance wouldn't cover. They referred me to Richard for an estimate. That was a big mistake on their part. Richard came out for an estimate and discovered hail damage on the roof, gutters, window coverings, etc. We went back to the insurance company and claimed a whole new roof. Their first inspected came out and said that we didn't have enough damage for a new roof. Richard got his number and the claims manager number and fought with them until they sent out a second inspector. He took the time to be on the roof with the 2nd inspector making sure that they documented all the damage. After receiving the second set of pictures, Insurance called and said I got a new roof. When they tried to low ball the second estimate Richard went back at them and fought with them for the complete amount of money I was owed. It took the insurance 3 checks to get it righ
