I've used 1st Priority for roof and gutter replacement on two separate properties (2016 and 2022). In both cases, they were responsive, helpful, and professional. They also communicated effectively with me, my tenants, and my insurance company. On the 2022 project, they recommended a public adjuster when the initial insurance estimate did not cover all of the hail damage they had noted during their inspection. This led to my insurance company covering more than $12k in additional repairs. During installation, they provided daily updates and progress photos like the ones I've included in this review.
