99 Rooter

Go to any other place but $99 Rooter. Our house was left with the same problems I called them out to fix. They showed up late...almost two hours. I was charged for a line scope that I never received pictures or video of. The boys who came to do the work were sub-contractors who lacked any etiquette to put out their cigarettes. The quote for additional work made no sense and lacked basic grammar. And the most frustrating of all, a random plumber showed up at my house the next day while my daughter was home alone to pitch me on fixing the problem. I only called $99 Rooter and somehow another company is trying to solicit my business. The guy stayed in front of my house for hours until asked to leave. These positive reviews seem like they're solicitated...this place was okay 10 years ago. Not anylonger. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

Dangerous, dishonest, sloppy, ripoff artists - though that gives a bad name to artists, which these guys are certainly NOT. They terrified my friend that was staying at the house when the sewer backed up, by not calling as promised before they arrived - disheveled and snarly. Then they proceeded to up and up and up the price to $1,024.65 - yes, you read right - for what was to be a $99 job. They put the toilet back very crooked, didn't cut the mounting bolts, left sewer refuse all over the garage floor and wall, etc. etc. A nightmare of a company - if you call it that. One photo shows the toilet bolts. Before they got to this poor toilet, the toilet bolts were cut to length and capped. The other shows how crooked the toilet was after they installed it. Sewer scope preformed for real estate residential home purchase - Kalob was very professional and knowledgeable . I definitly would use this company again. EZ to book appt and Kalob showed up on time and was pleasant to work with.
