This company replaced our roof after severe hail storms damaged it in 2016. We haven't had any problems until recently, and we could tell from the lack of draftiness in the house and better heat retention, not to mention that the roof no longer leaked, that they had done a really good job. With heavy rains and strong winds occurring frequently this spring, we noticed a kitchen leak coming from an outlet to a vent on the roof and called A to Z to see if they could help. As it turned out, the problem was with the vent on the roof itself, which pre-dated their replacement. Although it wasn't strictly under warranty, the company as a courtesy agreed to come out and replace it, and they did so with a high quality part. It was really impressive. Customer service like this is rare.
