I worked with Tommy and Carlos who both were extremely professional when replacing an A/C, Furnace and water heater. Our furnace and AC went out late on a Saturday night and we found Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling online. Got an appointment scheduled and Jay was able to come Sunday and diagnose the problem and provide information on a new unit. I then worked with Will to get the quote together and he fought for our business and got us a good deal and scheduled ASAP. Tony and Collin came to install on Tuesday and did a fantastic job and wrapped it up in no time. AC is back up in running in 3 days! *Edit - Carlos came out to replace 2 water shutoff valves for us and did it quickly and explained what he was doing when needed. Confirmed that our air filters were the issue with our furnace stopping while the thermostat still called for heat. Very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with.
