Nick took great care of us. Came out quickly and finished the job in one day. Very communicative and made sure I understood what repairs were needed.

They just walked out when I questioned the price and asked for a breakdown. The technician was adequate, as he just works for the company. I was told it was a bad board. The cost, $900 to replace. I asked if they had a breakdown on the cost..? They do not, as they call it "up front pricing". I called the office and they told me, they use industry standards in charging their jobs. So, if your job is quicker than the industry, you get charged the same price, plus, you don't know the cost if materials and labor. Seems like a socialist method of estimating cost and charging, not based on the individual job. I don't mind paying for my job and a fair price, but to average out jobs, seems wrong. If the tech was at my house for 2 1/2 hours, should I know what labor and materials I'm paying for. I don't recommend them and you should be hesitant to use anyone that charges flat rates, without a detail of the charges or explanation. What are you hiding? The tech said nothing after I called
