The outer layer of two skylights in my bedroom were broken by hail one summer evening, and I spent a restless night terrified that the inner layer of glass would shatter down into my bedroom. The following morning, unsure of how to temporarily address the broken windows, I submitted a request on Home Advisor and was quickly contacted by Lifetime Exteriors. That same day, Johnny from Lifetime Exteriors came out to my house and temporarily patched the windows (well enough that rain never leaked through), then took a look at the damage to my roof. He recommended that I ask the insurance claims adjuster to assess whether the roof should also be replaced and offered to come meet her and look at the roof with her. When my insurance company also approved a new roof, he walked me through every step of the process and worked with my insurance company to provide all the paperwork they needed. Lifetime replaced our roof, repaired damaged siding, and replaced our gutters after a major hailstorm in early summer of 2018. Johnny was very professional, and helped us deal with the insurance company. With his knowledge, dealing with the adjuster was very easy. The work was done on time and the workers were great.
