My house is 100 years old and last summer was unlivable, despite having central AC. I had two other companies come out and look at it and told me basically there was nothing they could do, or it would cost upwards of $12k to install ductless AC units. Kip from Sparks Heating and Air came out and fixed our AC within one day for under $100 bc he found leaks and replaced coolant fluid that the other companies missed. Highly recommended
I was paying ~280$/month for my AC in the summer, except I live in a 875sqft condo which made no sense. I contacted Mariana at Sparks and they sent out a really helpful tech who figured out the problem in less than an hour, was immediately able to fix it on site, and charged me 5x LESS than what I was expecting to pay. I have used Sparks Heating and Air and they have always been fantastic. Mariana is on top of getting a technician out as soon as possible and every technician that has come to our house has been great. They don't try to sell you things I don't actually need and are very transparent about their pricing. I recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced or replaced!
