Team K did a great from start to finish for me. They did a great job on the mitigation side drying everything out as well as the demolition of two floors and a lot of drywall. I was also very impressed by Josh and his crew for the reconstruction. Some of the best drywall tape and texturing iv seen in a long time. It always seemed like Josh’s priority was to make sure I was happy with the work and he took the time to personally make sure everything was either fixed or replaced correctly and up to an excellent quality. Everyone I interacted with seemed like decent reasonable people who never tried to gouge or bait and switch me for anything. These guys might as well wear capes because they really saved the day! When my basement flooded they had the water out within hours. Then they spent weeks drying it out, checking humidity levels and insuring me and my family would continue to live in a safe environment. The crew was clean (they made my basement it's own plastic enclusure), respectful (super sweet to my dogs) and generally awesome. They even helped deal with my insurance company which took a lot of stress off of me. I couldn't recommend Team K enough! A wonderful experience in a tough situation. Thank you Team K!
