Air Mechanical was absolutely amazing!! They not only found a blower motor for me during the craziness of the Marshall fire, but installed it after hours for literally half the cost quoted to me by Precision. I had Air Mechanical replace a Control Board for me. It took several weeks to get a replacement part and after they installed the part the fix only worked a day. I eventually had another company put in a new control board and its been working fine for months. When I received the invoice from Air Mechanical, I explained that it appeared the part was defective since it only worked for a day - I asked if they could give me a discount on the job. Aric Mechanical said they would look into it which I was grateful for. A long time went by and I never heard back, so I reached out a few times to see what conclusion they had come to. The only response I ever got was a new invoice with a late fee added to the bill.

My initial experience with Air Mechanical was a little bumpy, as there were a few issues with the HVAC system in my new home. However, once I was able to meet with their techs Art and Cameron there, everything was rapidly corrected. Art and Cameron did a great job diagnosing an issue and making sure that the system was working properly. I greatly appreciate their expertise and effort.
