I am very satisfied with my experience with Carbon Valley. They were quick in sending a tech to my home. Jed was professional, friendly, and he provided great information throughout the process.
We had a whole home humidifier quoted and installed within a week of reaching out. Their price was competitive compared to the other 3 we got. Our water pressure is extremely high and so the humidifier needed adjustments. They came back first thing and made those adjustments, and it’s running perfectly. They also educated me on everything along the way, so that I know what to do in case of an emergency. I will be using them for any and all projects I need.
I needed help on short notice and they came out right away. I found them to be friendly, responsive, fair dealing, and ethical. I got such a good vibe from our interaction that I had them come back out to install a whole-house humidifier. I will call them again next time I need service for my HVAC system, for sure.
