As a result of a DIY project on Thanksgiving that went wrong, we called Volt Pro Electric first thing on Friday with an urgent request and Michael was at our doorstep within a couple hours. He had the issue resolved quickly, and walked me through what I had done wrong and how to not make the same mistake going forward. Michael was very patient and generous with his time and expertise even though he had other work obligations on the schedule for the day. I had an excellent experience with Michael from Volt Pro. I knew vaguely what I needed (network cable from the outside to a convenient spot deep in my house, to support fiber internet). Michael talked me through various options, explored them with me, and ended up getting the network cabling to the ideal spot in my house - something I hadn't considered would be possible. He has good expertise and worked quickly on the project. (He also easily installed an outdoor outlet and fixed a misbehaving light switch during the same visit.) Recommended.
