They were incredibly helpful and patient when replacing my water heater after the bottom rusted out. My parents do not speak English well and the two workers sent out were very helpful explaining things and making sure everything was understood. They wore shoe covers inside and were great with our dogs. I would definitely use this service again. Brandon was great.

Unfortunately needed a few different plumbing repairs, and Affordable Plumbing & Heat were recommended by our neighbors. Simple process to set a date and time, with reminders of our appointment. Our technician, Gavin was superb- showed up on time, with a text notification, listened to our issues, identified the problems and explained the repairs (water pressure regulator, a leaking pressure vacuum breaker, failing pressure release valve at water heater). He ran out to get the necessary parts, and when delayed by traffic the office called to let us know he would be a little later than stated. When he returned he quickly fixed all the problems. Gavin and the Affordable Plumbing & Heat team are terrific!

We had our whole house done, heater, air conditioner, electric work, a new water heater. The crew that affordable sent out was amazing. They were all super respectful, friendly, and so professional. No one ever left a mess, everyone cleaned up after themselves. They even took time to answer questions from my son about what they were doing and give my husband advice on other projects in the house. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs their house worked on, whether it’s an emergency or routine maintenance.
