Huge thank you to Karen and our service technician Alan from Balance Point!! They rapidly scheduled, diagnosed and assisted me with what I thought was a furnace humidifier noise issue in our vent system but was actually caused by our water pressure, simple fix the same morning I called. I am as always amazed by their customer service and care. So glad we chose Balance Point for our new AC, furnace and tankless water heater.
I found Balance Point to be professional, responsive and dedicated as they handled my emergency ductwork situation. Service Technician Alan Coddington went above and beyond in explaining what needed to be done and executing the repairs.
