Pro Roofing America is second to none! Austin was awesome to work with throughout the whole process from start to finish. He has no issues dealing with the all hiccups from my homeowners insurance, the MULTIPLE trips to my house just to get more information or to meet the insurance adjuster and roof experts. He stuck it out through the whole time. Austin takes it upon himself to make it a personal relationship not just a business one. From day one when he stopped by to inspect the roof he seemed like a friend that came by to hang out, not just another business guy giving a bid and down the road he went. Even the night before he called told me what to expect for the next morning, he even asked if I wanted any breakfast if he were to stop and get something for his crew. (They worked on a Sunday).
