Lance Wolf has completed several home repair projects for me in 2 different homes!! There are several reasons he has worked on the home I was selling and the home I recently purchased...Lance responds immediately, gives a free and reasonable cost estimate of each job, does the necessary repairs in the most cost effective way and completes his work as promised in a very timely manner!! Mr. Wolf repaired my ceiling: patched, repaired and painted a large, deep hole in some drywall...you could not see the repair when he finished!! He patched and repaired my concrete front step, shoring it up and stabilizing the stoop and steps! Most recently Lance did a beautiful job repairing my granite countertop and plumbing and repairing a commode in my new home.
