When I inspected the work you could not even tell where the patches were! They cleaned up extremely well and sent a timely invoice that was reasonable and I was glad to pay. I have used B&M commercial division for years but have had two great experiences this year with their residential division (they put a new roof on my detached garage earlier this year. Same great work) Services: Attic venting, Roof repair, Skylight installation, Attic venting installation

They were the only company out of the 5 we called ,who would give us a repair cost. The rest wanted us to buy a new roof.they gave us a 3 option estimate , did great work and cleaned up.

Do NOT hire this company. They broke my ac. I had to call them to ask why, they said their guys messed up and things happen and it will be fixed asap. That was three or so weeks ago. The site manager told me he was under the impression that it was fixed. The ac men come back Tuesday and cant do anything yet. I get a call from Chris telling me to stay home from work Thursday for his ac guys. When the ac guys tell me they are not going to work on my unit until further notice, Chris the manager then tells me "I dont know what to tell ya" Three weeks of no ac, and getting the run around.
