Although I initially hired him to do repairs on our roof, after taking a look he noticed that there was hail damage and worked with us to submit a claim. We ended up having to re-deck the roof due to a poor job the previous owner had done to put the home on the market. Joe took care of all the details, worked with us and the insurance agent, and we've now got a roof that I won't have to worry about for a long time.
