Talk about great service!! My AC quit working late one evening, I called the next morning to request service and Linda was so pleasant and assured me they would get to it as quickly as possible. Around noon, I got a call that the technician was on the way. The technician was also very courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. He explained the problem and how he fixed it. Thanks again for courteous and prompt -better than I expected this time of year :) - service. Service: HVAC system repair
Great company of highly trained professionals who emphasize customer service. Love having the same person to do the yearly service as he's a familiar person that our special needs daughter is very comfortable with and likes. We have had to call for our furnace and air conditioner. Both times they came the same day (we were expecting having to wait). They are thorough, professional, and priced well. I would definitely recommend Air Xtreme.
