We called T Bare Roofing when our skylight started leaking. We worked with Raymond Rivera who assessed the problem. Raymond quoted us a price, but due to heavy rains, Raymond couldn't get to the job right away. So he temporarily patched the leak before leaving, a leak which other handymen had failed to find. As Ray did the work, he would bring down pictures to document the condition and installment. He listened to our concerns and his advice revealed a significant knowledge of roofing. He was also conscientious to not damage our shingles while doing the work. One the last day, we asked Ray to take a look at the gutter, which our ladder couldn't reach. He checked, and cleared the gutter as a courtesy! He took away all the old materials and left the yard clean. And the price never varied, what T Bare bid was what we paid. We couldn't be happier.
