Top Shelf Electric, Heating, & Plumbing

I love this company. We had problems with our furnace for 20 years. I got a price from another company, and it felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, so I called Top Shelf. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner for a reasonable rate. They came out quickly, and once I gave the approval, they replaced both units in one day. The other guys were going to be 2-3 days, and their price was significantly higher.

Can't say enough good things about Jeremi from Top Shelf. I've called him a few times now and will surely call him again. He is honest, thorough, and has excellent communication. He will explain the process and tell you exactly what you need and more importantly, WHY. He will answer all questions. You will get a heads up when he is on his way. He will try to get you the best price possible. Look for the company's ads in the home improvement magazines that come in the mail every few months because they often run very affordable specials, and since they do electric, heating and plumbing, they are a one and done deal for many issues in home repair and maintenance. I hired Top Shelf to upgrade our service panel from a smaller panel to a larger 200 amp service. What I really appreciate about them in each interaction with each person I had was that I could tell they are good people. They provide good customer service. I don't believe they will tell me something that isn't true and I felt I could believe what they told me. In my situation, the trim wasn't reinstalled after the panel was complete, and they fully accepted responsibility (I must also point out this was not a big deal and I am mentioning this only because to me, it shows great integrity to 'own it' when a "mistake" happens, and this was NOT A BIG DEAL) and came out to fix it when I contacted them later that day. I know I said this above, but for me this is a hugely positive for this company. This is something I look for when interviewing people/companies to work on my home. I believe you will experience honest work from Top Shelf, and I highly recommend them.
