They worked me in quickly the day I called after a cancelled appointment, showed up earlier than expected and quickly took care of my clogged drain issue. The technician arrived on time and was professional. My appt was for a tune up but it quickly turned into a sales pitch about how my AC/ Furnace was in bad shape and probably ran none stop and I likely had huge electric bill. All of which were not happening. I signed up for a tune up but that ended with an estimate for $4,500 to clean my unit or $16,000 for a new AC/Furnace. I'm not sure what a tune up involved but other than telling me I should get a new furnace nothing was done. And by the way, I removed the blower and cleaned my own AC/furnace in about 1 hour. Not sure what parts would have been dipped in gold for the $4,500 cleaning but I'll pass.
