We purchased a MagicPak HVAC for our second story condo. Erika was great talking with to plan the HVAC replacement and answered any questions I had. Shad and Jason did great with all work regarding the HVAC and the thermostat, however we were disappointed with some of the damages in the process. Our deck and railing were gouged, and in order to get the old unit out they ripped the door frame off which we now have to replace. I understand some of the cosmetic carpentry is not their job, I just wish they had done or said something about it. Jason stopped by a day later to replace the thermostat, he gave us a couple phone numbers of people who could help. At least we got a small discount which will help pay for the repairs. JM Heating was so helpful! I had an issue that other companies could not figure out with a new furnace. Jason came and took his time and listened to what was happening. They were able to fix the problem. Everyone in the office, and the people who came to the house, were professional, on time, very clean, and polite. Jason, Shad and Tanner were all great to work with from the time Jason first came to give us a bid through the installation process. Jason priced out three different systems for us and took time to walk us through the advantages of each with no pressure. The installation went smoothly and on schedule. No complaints here!
