New Roof Plus

Couldn't be happier with this company! We closed on our house about a year ago and found a small water spot on the ceiling. We were concerned that we may have a leak in our roof so I began researching companies and found New Roof Plus. I'm very glad that I did! Not only were they extremely responsive, Greg came out and happily jumped up on my roof and performed a free inspection. He didn't try to upsell me on anything!! He performed a thorough check and found one shingle that had worked itself loose and he patched it right then and there at no charge. I have peace of mind knowing that my roof has been checked by a certified professional. I'm very glad I found New Roof Plus. Greg was responsive and evaluated my roof issues quickly. I appreciate that he was not in a hurry to quote the job and leave. He took the time to patiently answer my many questions and I feel he genuinely cares about the customer. He also followed-up more than once after the jobs were completed to make sure there were no issues which is rare in my experience with contractors. My jobs involved a small gutter replacement and roof repair around a leak. The jobs were completed separately and both crews were friendly, efficient, and did quality work. I will be using New Roof Plus again in the future when it's time for me to replace the entirety of my aging gutters. Best roofing company ever. Honest, engaged, and very professional. Greg is the standard by which all roofing contractors should be measured. No payments were ever required until we were happy. Work was completed on schedule and done right. He personally supervised every facet of the job. Five stars!
