Limelight Services

We had a plumbing issue last Friday and Limelight Services was able to get someone out to assist us within an hour of the call. The dispatcher was very understanding and helpful. John McConnell came out and identified our issue and the resolution, which was completed today. He is professional, honest, and courteous. He completed our repair thoroughly and efficiently. Limelight Services has great employees who provide outstanding customer service. Thursday, August 16, 2023 - AC wasn't working efficiently so I called Limelight and spoke with Jason, who dispatched Danny to help me out. Danny was able to isolate my issue very quickly, provided me with all options, both short and long term, and fixed the issue based of the option I chose. Limelight definitely hires awesome people; Danny and Jason were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very considerate of my service needs. I will continue to employ Limelight Services for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs. Services: Install

The master bedroom breaker tripped and would not reset. I had a great experience with Limelight coming out to fix my electrical problem. First, I called late in the day and was expecting something several days out, but my appointment was scheduled for first thing the next morning. That, by itself, was pretty awesome. Robert arrived on time, and before that I received an early text notifying me he was on the way. The problem was elusive, but Robert traced it to a defective (broken, not tripped) GFCI outlet for the front porch that was wired on the same circuit as the master BR. With that replaced, service was restored. The best part of all is that I was able to coordinate all of this remotely, was kept updated on progress, and was able to pay over the phone. I called Limelight yesterday because I needed the work done today. Robert T was at my door at 10:00am. I was given a window of 10-12. We quickly discussed the project and several options. He went right to work and did an excellent job. Super friendly and hard worker. He spoke very highly of the company culture and management, and how well they treat their employees.
