Connor came to clean my heating system. He was courteous and respectful of my home and me. He is very knowledgeable and explained what he was finding and would be doing. He put down a drop cloth on my floor to protect it and vacuumed up any dust and dirt that fell off. I would definitely have him come back and do other work if I need it. -Just like to thank H&M for their excellent service and their HVAC technician "Josh" in particular. It was most worthwhile to have my Heating and Cooling system inspected to know that they are still in excellent reliable condition and what to do to keep them that way. He found a problem that could have become a major one (with A/C not working and possibly needing replacement), but he found a way to solve it and keep running fine & reliably. -Am very thankful of that. Conner did an excellent job trouble shooting and correcting issues with my conditioning. He cleaned, checked for leaks and filled unit with freon.
