Talon was great! He did my plumbing for my clothes washer spigot. Professional and personable! Someone you can trust! He is my go-to for plumbing with Heart! Stephen is my go-to electrician from Heart. He is experienced and very professional. He upgraded my switches to smart ones and I am so happy! He did it in less than 30 minutes. I have an HVAC Service maintenance coming in next week and I know I won’t be disappointed! Edited 7/12/2023: I had a new job in my home that had to do with plumbing. Talon is no longer with Heart so I was sent Preston. Preston is great just like their other expert plumbers in the company. He installed my new faucet and my garbage disposal as I got a new sink to go with my new counters. Preston was diligent and was out of my house in no time. Thank you Preston! Larry helped us with several projects recently. He'd done a whole-house inspection that revealed quite a few issues. He helped me prioritize what work needed to be done, including bringing our water heater up to code and providing the regular maintenance. Our sump pump was dying and he helped with that too. Overall, he explained things so I was able to understand what we were paying for. I appreciate the options he gave us and how efficiently he tackled the jobs.
